ART & GAMES FOR WELLBEING

ABOUT US

Awen reflects the Celtic notion of a living, inspired current that moves everything forward. At Awen Studio we harness that current by offering programs that encourage purposeful play, celebrate cultural heritage, and provide every community member, whether child or elder, with the momentum to create and share their own artistic voices.

Discover, Play, and Master the Timeless Game of Go.

FIRST SESSION IS FREE!

This ancient game — known to the Chinese as Weiqi, Go in Japanese, Baduk in Korean — is the world’s oldest, continuously‑played board game, the rules of which have remained relatively unchanged for over 3000 years. From the simplest of rules emerges a game of astonishing complexity, the mastery of which ultimately requires both hard-earned strategy and intuitive confidence in new and complex tactical situations.
